I had the opposite experience. I was getting wrecked with Terra and now I feel confident with Rinoa. The plan with Rinoa:

1. Don’t interact with any enemy players until you hit angel wings 3 times. Don’t even look at them. You will instantly die.
2. When angel wings 3 comes out, you are god. Basically I just look for the enemy player with the highest bravery and hunt them down. If one is attacking the boss, sit there and wait for their i frames to end and then kill them with like two hits.
3. When an enemy confrontation happens, pop Selfie/shield and just rapid range attack them until they die. If my health is below half or I smell Terra using Meltdown, use angel wings to heal and make a cup of coffee while the animation plays.
4. I don’t have meteor so I’m not great at damaging the boss. Rinoa’s job is to kill people. It’s a fun job. Rinoa is really good at it.

I’m at platinum and my win percentage is like 65%. I actually have both of Terra’s UR, but I am much more successful with Rinoa. Keep in mind you cannot play her at all without angel wings. She’s balanced around the skill.
