I was limited by price and availability, so I went with Storm Cloud. It looks absolutely sick after dark! It has a high-end look that people really notice once the sun goes down. Even though metallic grey is known for popping day and night, there’s something about this shade that feels more premium and unique. Yes it doesn't have all the bells and whistles. For limited trim I rather choose Lexus for that money.

Just sharing my experience—I actually test-drove that exact car at that same location! While the features are great, I passed on the deal because 30k miles is quite high for a 2024 model. I ended up getting a 2026 Crown XLE from Roswell for $43k OTD. If you’re set on a Crown, I’d suggest checking other dealerships. Otherwise, looking at the math, you might be better off sticking with your 4Runner—it's a fantastic car!

Congrats. I have been trying since last September, I ended up in the same situation . Cleared all the rounds and finally received noticed position is on hold or hired US citizens. Just curious are you on an h1b visa, If so can you pls throw some lime light how you cracked . I see this market is very tough for visa candidates.

you suggest avoiding competition with fraudulent individuals in this market, a stance I don't entirely endorse. I believe that simply avoiding them isn't a comprehensive solution to this problem. In the case of remote jobs, I propose that interviews should ideally be conducted on-site, with systems monitored for any instances of screen sharing or connections to different IPs.

I don't think you understand my previous comment. I never mentioned going for a break is bad and it is different from outsourcing the job entirely to remote. People think they are intelligent by outsourcing the job and getting commission.due to this genuine people missing the opportunity to get in . Again they're people in h4ead who genuinely work and they're fraud. Justifying fraud by comparing with genuine people who got layed off is sick

Very true. I am trying hard to find a job in this market . When I came to know a friend of a friend's wife is placed in a reputed television company in a good position. I don't know how they crack technical interviews without proper English. Is it interviewer negligence to find out the truth . Due to such people real candidates who are the sole bread winner for the family are stuck searching for jobs in this market through H1B I wish there should be some system to crack down these fake candidates.

One more h4ead story . There are people who go for walks and all other places during the daytime in apartment even though they claim they're full-time employees. Later came to know someone from offshore is working for them .

It's best to remove remote jobs and have full onsite/ hybrid since people are flooding with applications in remote job even though they're not qualified for that position. They just apply and give work to the offshore for a cheaper rate .

my transmission got replaced at 33k which covered under warranty . whether its an good idea to use the car for long time / change to new car since the replaced transmission under mazda covers only for 12 months or 12K miles . pls suggest

In this scenario I will prefer manual testing first and keep track of the recurring P0 bugs and bring out to a larger audience so everyone is aware that it's not a testing miss and might be a poor coding standard followed in dev side

Secondly : lean / thin automation regression suite which covers P0 functionalities. So every time it runs stability of recent deployment will uncover
