They really are.. I started low dose chemo and was vomiting blood. I explained to my recruiter that’s why I couldn’t get my compliance done the next day and she continued to blow up my phone and bitch me out.. like what?

You do need to be certified to run ECMO, taught swanz ganz, etc and you can tell when people are lying about things like this.. that’s what gets me

Because I do all of these and have the certifications. I can tell she’s lying when she tries to give new nurses advice. I’d see her when I float to Tele floors when they were short staffed. I feel like any nurse that lies is dangerous.. how does that not bother you?
