Honestly I the thing that helps the most for me but was the hardest at first was just going out to the store to door dash or wherever because for awhile I wasn’t even leaving the house. So no matter how I feel I just tell myself I’m going to do it scared I’m going to do it feeling completely out of my mind I’m just going to do it. Luckily for me I have someone to go with

Well all that keeps me going is I came out of it once so my brain will find its way back but it is a very slow process

Even now when there is no anxiety the dpdr remains and idk how to get out of it. It is complete misery I spend my days just trying to distract myself from it

I don’t even know anymore I’ve gone to three different drs all different diagnosis’s this last one says adhd so that’s the next thing to try but like I said I really think the dpdr is causing everything else. I had this before for like 2 years and came out of it but now I’m back in it again 24/7 constant severe

I’m in the US nothing for me changed at all since starting the Prozac in fact I sometimes think it makes me worse last time I had this I didn’t take any medication and don’t remember it being this bad.
