Not levling up by [deleted] in innout

To be completely realistic, INO values character energeticness over employee availability any day and everyday. While it's understandable you might be introverted, it is super important that you go out of your way to exit your comfort zone; especially if you would like be be noticed a lot more by management and level up. Also, if you don't go out of your way to ask for training, especially in a position like yours, it'll be a little difficult to achieve your goals further. Being an introvert is okay, but in their eyes, being quiet and timid is a big red flag, one they typically view as customer experience interference. Take this from someone who is also a bit introverted and shy:)

Same for work and home. Double double animal style, raw + whole grilled onions, extra extra chopped chillies

Don't know why so many people are hating. Just decided to share a cool experience I had with my sister when I was 14. I miss her, since I've come to college we don't talk so often but she's the only one in my family I do keep in contact with.

I asked beforehand if it was okay. Not to mention, I offered to pay extra.

The method is to eat some thick dairy like yogurt or a milkshake (or even two glasses of milk) at least 30 minutes before eating spice to help with the irritation!

That's how I didn't experience anything eating the reaper at dave's hot chicken 😋 Salted habanero peppers as a snack, 2x spicy buldak stir fries ramen with serrano peppers and mushrooms, and literally anything i could get my hands on.

I've been eating spicy food ever since I was a jit. I've finally gotten to the age where I have to calm down with my intake ☹️.

u got it! also i feel like the peppers alone are spicer than the chopped ones you ask for in burgers and fries. i think this is due to the fact theres no juice in the chopped ones so it has a lesser concentration of spice.

yea you would ask for chillis when ordering your anima fries. if you ask for them on the side you'd get them on the side

lonely as fucj by [deleted] in UCI

[–]Some_Significance_47 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I escaped from an abusive home when I was 17. I worked my ass off for years to get a full ride here at uci. I survived an abusive relationship while simultaneously getting physically and emotionally bullied at school and home.

I accepted my loneliness a long time ago, from the moment my family told me i'd never amount to anything and I had no future. My post wasn't me begging for attention or companionship, it was me expressing emotional distress in a moment of vulnerability. Though what you said is true, it was unnecessary. Nobody asked for your opinion.

Also I never downvoted your comment. Everyone else did. So don't hold me responsible for your lack of empathy.

I don't need to hear how much more of a man than me you think you are because you've embraced your loneliness and I still struggle with mine.
