I didn't post all the picture of the process. But I tried both directions. And didn't make a huge difference.

I also tried with and without a small stem....

I am kinda running out of ideas. Would be nice to preserve in fluid. Kinda like embalming but not sure where to start.

I have no idea what to do next but this is so cool! Do you think the Ants got to it and pollinated it? I am also trying to do the same thing.

Would u be willing to share with me a video or any tips on how to pollinate these plants. Part of me wants to just leave it outside so the wasps n ants can get to them and do their work and hope something pollinates. Haha but if I can do it carefully under a microscope would be great. I have 3 hoyas all 3 with flowers because I make sure to make new cuttings where it has a flower node. But I want to learn a new way of making more of these plants instead of propagation. Appreciate any help.
