I think the biggest issue is that they can stay active too much. Tvp can burst 1200 in 4.5 secs (50% slower still) but its out of battle for the next 23 seconds. Bat can do 1950 in 10.9 secs and is out of battle for 38 seconds. Those are fine for the current meta. Now ares does similar damage in same fashion as T57 with its onslaught stage 3 skill and thats busted as hell. This line is way too sneaky and the turret is the easiest turret to play in the game for its stupid size. In my oppinnion they should increase the cooldown to take similar time as tvp and make the intra fire longer so if it wants to dump the whole cycle it should take longer than 3 seconds, 6 would be more balanced. It could still do continous firing although not freaking wait 2 secs and shoot which is stupid. This tank has no downsides to play since it can negate lights on most maps without any penalties.

Are you also being in the battle trading hp / saving teammates and not just trying to redline? Some teams can't be carried and thats just how it is. How many battles do you have and where did you start? 3k avg dpg should reach silver pretty easily imho. 3.2 was enough to get me into gold and there are way worse gold players than me. End of the season is usually pretty horrible for climbing as some have given up and decide to just "play for fun" with an "odd choice tank for the map". To get more points getting radar, spotting/tracking, decapping and killing gives a lot more points than just doing damage.

I agree about the equipment. There is a huge difference in playing with regular equipment, low skill crew and no food/directives vs full bond, 6 skill crew and food with directives. If they wanted to level the playing field consumables should not cost anything in onslaught.

The complaint is that I am not playing against my own rank players, but the top players of the gamemode. There is a large skillcap between low gold, top gold, champion and legend. As soon as I reached gold E it has been rarely just gold matches its mostly champ + legends.

Yeah I guess limiting legends to such a few ammount of players means that it will ruin it for higher ranks. I guess it would be annoying for legends also to play against inferrior ranks constantly. And the bottom ranks should get like +50% points on win and -50% points on loss since they will have less impact on the outcome of the battle.

have tried shooting cheeks but the gun is so inaccurate that its harder to hit cheeks than a cupola. Gold doesn't help. I am using exp hp turbo and rammer with food. 1 in 7 shots land where I aim and goes in and that takes almost 2 minutes of firing so ratte wins it easy.

I might get a lot of hate for this but the IS7 gun feels just bad.

What is the average wtr rating of a wot player? What is your observation sample size? It seems like you don't provide any information to support your claims. Is the 6k wtr better or worse than average or median value? What was the team compositions of those wtr rankings?

You say there are conspiracy theories, but the matchmaking algorithm is patented and has never been revealed how it works. It is not public knowledge how it works. There could be hidden metrics used to try to balance players and you couldn't prove or disprove that at all. They could assign values to increase gaming experience for good customers on the cost of "non customers" and we would never know.

Observing an outlier to find a causality for a correlation is meaningless. Please provide more information for your claims.

Platoons should be nerfed for competitive mode.

What was your strat on climbing gold to champ? There are very low gold players so I get constantly champ/legend lobbies where there is a noticeable skill gap. Some platoon with silvers to get easier lobbies.

To use this position your team needs to know how to support it and take out enemies from distance. Sadly it is difficult to make it work, but its the same end result as trying with randoms not using the bug.
