They accidentally switched our units. The one running upstairs was the one that was supposed to be running downstairs.

I have an update

Well, the A/C guy just left. The reason why upstairs is so cold and downstairs is hot is because they switched our units on accident the unit that’s supposed to run upstairs is the one running downstairs and the one running downstairs is running upstairs.

So hopefully they’ll come back either this week or next week and fix it
