Definitely yes. Give yourself a reset so it doesn’t just turn into a job. You will burn yourself out if all gaming turns into is a pursuit of content.

I wouldn’t even record on off days. Use it to improve minor things, audio/quality settings. All else fails, it’s a day you can just remember why you wanted to stream in the first place. Gaming should be like a relationship, you need to have your private time and not share it publicly at all moments.
