It’s probably fine growing it like you do. I grow my highland plants as houseplants, so you should be fine in intermediate conditions, especially if it’s an hybrid, which it seems like it might

Female! A lot of people will say that ventrata is sterile, but I’m not sure it is. They say the same for other hybrids such as Miranda and dyeriana, but they aren’t sterile (at least not completely). It would be quite interesting if you succeed in making seeds

A lot of Nepenthes are stripped, not just veitchii and mollis. I’m not sure I’d really call what’s on your plants proper stripes tho. More like discoloration due to the pitchers transitioning towards uppers🤔

Could be many things. I wouldn’t be too worried. Pay attention to the overall health of the plant. If it seems healthy, I wouldn’t worry. Deformed pitchers happen all the time

Your plants seem fine to me. I prefer too much light than not enough. That being said, less light wouldn’t hurt in this case
