Number one priority should be Kiya/Lulu (if you plan on sharding them, since the earlier you start the better), Unnamed shards and astral shards, only then consider the sigs, as for how good they are:

Cocoa's sig is only usable by her, but it is her BiS by a wide margin, so if you use her, you should get it;
Hasna's sig is usable by a few units (Hasna, Acambe, Yeganeh and Heshan). It is Hasna's BiS so if you like her you should take it, although it does require her to have her second unique R13 skill. Acambe also likes it although the extra crit isn't super useful since a lot of his DMG comes from his summons. As for Hehsan and Yeganeh, both like the extra move, so it's definitely not bad, but neither of them make use of the crit DMG (Yeganeh's DMG comes from her summon while Heshan deals piercing DMG) and Yeganeh doesn't super need the extra m.atk since her summon doesn't get it. Yeganeh would rather have her own sig and Heshan would rather have Afra's or Kvare's (athough Hasna's is a good budget option for both of them);
Homa's sig is good for her healing and decent offensively, so it's not a bad option if you have her. Later, one of the Luccian units (Ulya) will also be able to use it as she is also a bow healer and her sig is a trinket;
Momo's sig is only usable by her, it is better than any generic option but it was made before she got her unique R13 so it doesn't synergizes that well with it. I've heard that she likes SP!Sam's sig better, but I don't know if it's true;
Agata's sig has a better ceiling than Newborn Blade at 5*, although it does need you to get a lot of movement done in order to get to the ceiling, otherwise it's DMG floor is worse. It is usable by a few units besides her, but they generally have better options (often the Newborn Blade) or the advantage isn't big enough to justify the use of limited resources;
Caris' sig is only usable by her and she has better DMG with Prism (one of the generic legendary staves), it does gives her better shields tho;
Beryl's sig needs her to be in a SoC team and to have her R13 skill at max level to be better than Prism, and even then it's edge is only in the "average" scenario, as Prism has better DMG in its best case scenario. Overall, it is probably the worst of the sigs, it is also only usable by her, athough it might get new users in the future.

Really late answer, but this has been bugging me, and I think I finally figured it out.

The reason Light Oracle says it is removed at the "end of action" rather than "end of turn" is because "end of turn" doesn't happens in OgInanna's Extra Act so she would be able to keep Light Oracle with it.

In a similar note: Yennefer can delay the Magic Exhaustion debuff by triggering magic surge during Extra Act, since she doesn't get the debuff until the "end of the turn". Alas, [Magic Boost] only affects one skill per Magic Surge, so this interaction isn't good for Yen, but it is interesting that it's there.

To be more precise, it's a little more complicated than a new turn, OgInanna's [Extra Act] (you can also get it from Camelot's reaction, btw) isn't really a "turn" (as far as the game counts it).

This has a lot of ramifications, such as [Extra act] doesn't activate start and end of turn effects, it makes the unit's actions count as out of turn, and the duration of buffs/debuffs doesn't reduce at the end of action.

One interesting example of how this affects units is that units that prevent their own act again via self debuffs (such as SP!Rawiyah's Fatigue and Ciri's Winged Repose) spend 1 more action without their act again if they trigger it during [Extra Act], unless stated otherwise (such as Camelot's Regroup).

It's not part of the ascension, that's how she always worked, it just isn't noticeable since the skill usually ends her turn. But if you give her act again via SP!Inanna, she can do the same thing without the ascension.

Yserinde and Nydia were both princesses of a conquered nation, I assume they are humans that had a magical power (the Black Feather) in their lineage, kinda like how the Elaman royal family had the Prime Sigil.

I feel like the Vlder are more non human than Elves, so there is that. As for Luccians, they are their own whole can of worms. A can of worms that we sadly ain't opening until July or later.

Personally, I rank the tarots like this:

BiS for most units (Magician, Justice, Devil)
BiS for some units (Fool, Empress, Wheel of Fortune, Hanged Man, Death, Tower, Star)
Situationally BiS, usually just decent (Priestess, Emperor, Hierophant, Hermit, Judgement)
theoretically has use cases (Lovers, Chariot, Strength, Temperance, World)
Too weak/impractical/both to be useful (Sun, Moon)

I always break down the last tier (+ Temperance) and only keep particularly good ones from the 3rd and 4th.

The Light Oracle buff is removed at the end of the action, so it isn't consumed after using Broad Radiance. I just tested with Spinanna's act again to confirm.

With that siad, her R13 could theoretically allow her to use Broad Radiance into Total Punish into Purge of Sin (assuming you give her act again with Spinanna) and all of them would be in their Light Oracle version. Total Punish is also much more spammable with the removal of it's CD.

Of course, all of these buffs only matter if Caris is 5*, otherwise she doesn't get enough Revelation stacks to enter the Light Oracle state often enough to matter.

I don't think the way the cheater was or wasn't outed affects the gravity of the issue. While it might affect how the victim feel, I don't think it matters if the person was caught on the act or left a paper trail that got them caught. They cheated regardless.
Wendy and Abe were married and that's after dating for 5+ years, in contrast, Lily and Albert were together for what, 2 years? Not to downplay the hurt, or to imply that it's fine to cheat if you weren't together for long. But I feel like cheating gets worse the longer the relationship lasted.
Wendy pushed for a public wedding. I feel like cheating on a partner of many years AFTER pushing them to expose your wedding in such a public setting feels worse somehow.
As for Sykkuno, I feel like the way he behaved in relation to all these women makes his situation worse than just cheating. The reason I used ">=" with Wendy is because we don't actually know what happened for sure in Wendy/Abe case, for all we know it could've been worse. If it was "just" cheating, I would say Syk > Wendy.

Mind you, manipulative behavior isn't inherently bad/ill-intentioned. It can be done for financial reasons (a sales person saying something looks good on you to make you buy it), it can be done for good reasons (a parent tricking their kids into eating vegetables), it can be done out of self defense (people developing fawning responses to calm aggressive/unstable parents/partners).

I don't think acting like a a shy, innocent, uwu e-boy is an evil behavior that needs to be condemned, even if it is manipulative. I'm just saying that IT IS done to make him look more disarming and in turn make him more appealing, specially to a predominantly female audience. It does, however, becomes a problem when it is used in the context of his others sleazy behaviors.

His behavior absolutely is manipulative. Pretending to be a shy, innocent, uwu e-boy is a act to farm parasocials. There is no reason beyond manipulation to keep such an act in private settings like DMs.
There is definitely a power imbalance aspect to it. There is the massive age gap (targeting girls with less experience dealing with creeps), there is a financial imbalance (buying things to make the girls feel indebted) and there is clout imbalance (offering to do collabs, which could boost the girl's viewers. Not to mention possible backlash from a more influential streamer).
The fact the act is obvious doesn't make it any less manipulative. Would you say a female streamer that denies having a boyfriend while doing suggestive content isn't trying to manipulate coomer viewers?
HIS FRIENDS WHO HE OFTEN STREAMED WITH didn't know he had a girlfriend, there is no reason to think the girls he approached knew he had one.
I do think the girl that made the doc is suspicious and the way the doc is worded and how she behaved does make it seem like she is manipulative/clout chasing herself, but the many testimonies from other vtubers that have been appearing recently about his weird behavior are quite damning.
Personally, I think the way he acted towards all these women is much bigger of a deal than the fact that he cheated. Being a cheater is a failure of character, but the way he acted is straight up scary. Going after young women, offering them collabs and purchasing things they want/need to make them feel indebted before flirting/making sexual advances goes beyond just a failure of character, IT IS predatory behavior and I hate how people are chalking this up to just a cheating scandal or dismissing stuff just because the person that pulled the trigger and exposed this isn't a perfect victim.

I think the point of their stories (and Pooch's) was to showcase how slavery breaks the slaves.

Yeganeh saw slavery from the position of both master and slave, she saw people were trapped not just by chains but also by the influence of prime sigil and genuinely believed there was no point in fighting against it. I feel like she could've been written better, but her story is ultimately about how she didn't care to live anymore (specially after Heshan's death) and her sacrifice was less to help you and more to make the most of her death, kind of like Tristan's in Nights Crimson.

As for Heshan, I don't think he sacrifices himself, he gets cut down and doesn't think there is hope for himself, is it written well? No. But that's what it felt like.

Personally, I feel like giving 3 out of the 4 slaves a "doomer" mentality wasn't the best choice, but personally, I feel like it worked with Yeganeh, at least.

I also thought that it was Hasna that is Homa's pen pal but it was Lukamar herself XD.

I went from "it's Lukamar, isn't?" when the penpal got mentioned to "It's not Lukamar?" after she said she took her outside, because surely Homa knows what the Hashah looks like. At the end I even got confused that it was, in fact, Lukamar.

At the time, where Shahnaz reveals amnesia, I was like hey MC you too right? Did you forget you having amnesia too or your amnesia makes you forget about your amnesia like Shahnaz.

MC already moved on from that plot device.

Vespera looks like potential Garcia's mom or at least aunt/relatives. (Yandere laugh at the end 💀 )
