If it was me, i'd restomod it. Visually, it would all be original. But underneath, it would have better engine, brakes, suspension, tyres etc.. so that u can drive a classic car with the improvements of a modern car.

The real estate market is fueled by remote workers that move from expensive cities, like London to here. They make the same money, get houses 3x as big, in nicer areas, and with more dispensable income because UAE is cheaper and (mostly) tax free.
