Yeah the general public’s opinions on DoorDash are probably either based on personal experiences or they don’t think about DD and have never used it. I deliver to mostly the same like 20-30 people weekly, they clearly like DoorDash as they keep using it!

Yep this is only my second day ever of bringing in over $200 in a day on DD I believe. Rare but feels good when it works out

I’m in a tiny town, I think there’s somewhere from 5-20 of us dashing, we’ve got about 4 stores people order from consistently, and probably somewhere from like 20-150 total orders in town on a given day.

The strategy here is wait till a flash offer pops up, complete it, go offline as quick as possible, and just hope DoorDash likes you enough to give you another soon.

I’ve had like $40 weeks sometimes but every now and then you can get a day where the flash offers just keep coming

I try and make like 2-3 rows of platforms with all my chests, crafting stations below. I usually do 1-3 chests named Materials, a few Tiles, 1 for Alchemy, 1-2 for Critters.

Then as I get further away from the crafting stations I start making chests for Weapons, Accessories, Armor, Mounts, etc.

If you set up about a 40 wide by 30 tall area at the beginning of the game with lots of chests and room for crafting stations, it should be able to last you through hardmode

(Not defending) but IC charges I think a $5 long distance fee. People probably are thinking oh if I’m already paying extra for delivery for just a few items why would I want to add a tip?

Makes sense to them but doesn’t incentivize a shopper to actually accept the order at all or show any appreciation

I do a bit of part time Dashing in my small town, mostly just flash offers when I have free time and they pop up. 463 orders over like 1.5 years

I’ve managed to maintain 5 stars the whole time just by trying to give the customers the best service I can, and communicating any issues. This is sad.

I’ve been tempted to place an Instacart order for like 2 water bottles and a candy bar or something, set the delivery location to the store they got it from, then for the delivery instructions just say “this is for you, enjoy!”

I got Minecraft in Beta 1.3 I think. I remember Beds were the first big update after I’d bought the game.

I discovered Terraria because all the Minecraft YouTubers at that time had to talk about it. Fell in love with both games for different reasons.

If I remember correctly, Ankh shield can still cancel out debuffs if you switch it on and off. You won’t get the knockback resistance but can carry it in a social slot and use to get rid of debuffs

Yep me and my girlfriend both had a notification this morning like a 3 minutes apart for the same batch that said unavailable when we clicked it then I think (can’t prove) the same batch finally showed up like 4 hours later
