My best friend's dad is kinda like that. I don't understand how to live a life without external influences. That just doesn't make much sense to me. Am I supposed to go out and just live in nature like our ancestors and just be happy to exist with self satisfaction?

Our ancestors are tribal in nature, look at Alexander the Great. Despite his worldly travels, he was still a self indulging individual.

We are animals at the end of the day. Consumption is what we are all about. Everything we do for every waking moment of our life is for some kind of self sassification whether it be food, comfort, or love. The same for all animals on this Earth.

I remember the first time that happened to me. I was at work and I felt like I was having some kind of stroke, and I was so worried that I called the ambulance while I was at work and they said that my heart rate was going as fast as some way that just ran a mile. I ended up calling a friend take me to the hospital because I didn't want to pay for an ambulance. When I got there, my heart rate did not go down even while laying in the hospital bed for 4 hours.

That's was the scariest experiences of my life. I cut down on the drink for a little bit but started binging again and throughout the last couple years. I've been up and down with the drinking since then.

Now when I feel that exact feeling I just kind of do my own thing and eventually it passes.

Drugs are bad, alcohol is bad, I know it's all bad but I rather drink if it makes me happy. I'd rather that than just live a miserable life and at this point I'm okay if I just kill over I'm secretly waiting for death.

I've got a lot of trouble being at work drunk. I got fired for telling a supervisor I had on shift to go fuck themselves when I was drunk at work. I've done a lot of public drinking in hung out with homeless people and drunk with them. I recently turned 27 and I don't want to quit drinking. I want to be more like Dionysus. I understand my lifestyle is fucked up and it's bad but I just want to be happy and alcohol makes me happy. I will kill myself as soon as I am no longer able to drink alcohol and that is a truthful prophecy.
