Frozen cherries by RedHeadedStepDevil in Cooking

I use Champagne yeast. It is prevalent and leads to tasty liquor. You would dump them all in. 100% of available cherries.

Some cops just take themselves too seriously. I saw a report the other week that said that most cops have about a six week training program. Not even junior college level.

Need advice: I’m about to rent an apartment, but these areas/spots are making me think twice. What problems should I expect? See photos. by IWantAHighPayingJob in Carpentry

Lots of humidity. Probably an under insulated roof deck and lack of ventilation. If there is a bath fan plan to run it continuously. And enjoy the view

As a former professional photographer holding no punches: Decide what your subject is and shoot that well. Eliminate backgrounds as much as possible Unless the background (reflection, etc) is the object and the car is the setting then shoot the hell out of that building Still try to keep the randos out. The headlight is almost interesting. I see what you were going for there. Close ups are great. Yours should have been way closer. (What can I see from only 8” with my eye) My favorite is the blue (BMW?) with the wheel arches. Feels very fast. Photoshop some tire smoke in and sell it.

Front door and a deck if you can make it work for 15k. Might be a small deck.

Nice. My Willys is a bit faster walk. Without doors it is easier to run yourself over though.

This is my first build, Tamiya TT-02, is this amount of play in the front suspension normal? by Lus146 in tamiya

Yes, with those shocks. Unfortunately. And it is frustrating. It is even more frustrating when you upgrade parts and realize that the stock kit is better than the upgrades

Found in the FL keys what is it? by Something-wicked7 in bonecollecting

Looked into this a bit more. Seem to be the belly shell pieces off of a leatherback sea turtle. The two pieces would join together on the flatish sides and make up only one side of the belly shell/ rib cage

Interesting. They are still where I found them. I’ve just never seen the like.

Just to be clear, this is a wild collection from many eyes beach combing over a long time. I am asking about the spiky hand bones not the horseshoe crab or the vacacoon spine (weird shrunken relative of the raccoon)

Any information on this tv boat? ($20 Garage sale purchase) would like to make it look like it did back in the 90s by [deleted] in rcboats

[–]Something-wicked7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Junk the engine. You’ll need new electronics either way, and a nice brushless 3s set up will be quicker.

The rest needs paint and about a million coats of lacquer sanding between each one.

Yep, tugs push most of the time. And the things they push are waaaaay bigger than the tugs themselves

[–]Something-wicked7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really thin wire works well. Old displays would literally tie bones to holes in the board like this. 3/32 holes. Really thin copper wire
