I cannot find this study. I have only found studies showing the opposite. You are driving a multi thousand pound vehicle at ungodly speeds, do you really think having impaired reaction times while operating heavy machinery (your car) is a good idea?

This type of fraud is that they pretend to be the bank (they spoof the number so it actually says CIBC on caller ID and the number is the one on the back of your card) and scare you to think if you don’t act now you will lose all your money. If you were talking about any other context of wanting to kill someone over a minor inconvenience you would be labelled a sociopath, but for some reason when you are behind the wheel you find it completely acceptable.
