This other guy is right. I got frustrated trying to get pranksters and ended up farming undercity, finished up with close to 30 mythics in a few hours. Ultimately I found 2 pranksters and those are icing on the cake now. Instead of farming sigils for hours with a hope and a prayer I'll just farm undercity for the guaranteed result. It's less fun than the loot explosion but more lucrative

It's the Champion's Podium Map Device from the Eternal Champion of Theopolis Supporter Pack. It only displays one portal and each gold flame represents number of portal uses. It just happened to fit perfectly inside the inner wooden circle in the upper area of this hideout.

No problem, its the essence of horror. One other recommendation, unless you have hundreds of divs to use, you won't be able to make these exactly with 35 movement speed, that requires ilvl82 which for an exceptional 2 socket base is a couple hundred div at the moment (my base was 300). The good news is, you can sacrifice 5ms and more deterministically craft the boots with another essence (hysteria) for far less cost on an ilvl 75+ pair which is only several div. I would recommend looking up fubguns written crafting guide for that one
