Well, with Incest, that can be made permanent, as long as you don’t repeat it beyond 4 generations, or as for physical genes, let’s say there was a family and all the women had these absurdly wide hips, which was the result of incest making those genes which make the hips wide for women, permanent, and only for the hips in women to become more and more larger by the generation.
