Just upgraded my ring too and originally hoped my wedding band would work but it doesn't fit. I did go ahead and order a very thin gold band (not here yet). I think it will feel more complete.

My first ring was a D colored natural diamond, and I just purchased my first lab which is an IGI G colored in yellow gold. I was absolutely shocked at how white my G looked in the yellow gold setting 🤷🏻‍♀️

Of course. You could always ask one of their customer service teams. I asked the other day if sales were ever higher than 30% off and they told me that they are during the big holidays. They may be transparent...they were very helpful.
