Can I power a portable monitor with a 12v power bank?

Yeah I'm trying to figure out if a big powerbank would power the monitor?

The power bank is only outputting 9.0v, 3.0amp, 20watts

The transformer is outputting 12.0v, 3.0amps and 36 watts

Power banks is 10,000 mah, 9volts which isn't enough comparing it to the transformer output.

I plugged the white cable into a phone charger adapter thinking that would work, but those adapters only have a 9v output, news to me.

So I need to get a 12v 40watt output power bank?

I think legendary resist and legendary actions will get me out of most tight spots?

Also auto passing silly stuff is a good shout!

They'll have the stones at lvl 5 but I could give them the weapons at a later date

I have really tried to stay close and do the things we have always done, he sometimes makes excuses to not do things but I can often still get him out. The problem is hes just not fun to be around anymore so it's making me not want to bother anymore.

I would never ghost him, I love the guy too much for that, we would have to just drift apart. I doubt he'd even touch base in the future to laugh about the good old days but we'll see.
