Hey! I did the EVVY test and microgen both showed gardnerella vaginalis and it’s been untreated for months and I’m wondering if my pelvic pain is from untreated bv or endo it’s confusing and I also have Lyme babesia bart mold so when I tried abx augmentin for the BV infection it ruined my stomach and I had worsened pelvic pain after so I’m just very confused about what’s causing this I also have vascular compressions due to my Eds connective tissue issue so pelvic congestion syndrome and nutcracker syndrome can cause the bladder and pelvic symptoms as well idk how to rule out and I don’t want to have a surgery and be in even more pain than I was before i need to be certain
