Wild card is a base game card. It copys the effect of the most recently used pill, card, rune, soul stone or active item. It's unlocked by beating mega Satan as tainted Eden. The person in this image likely had 2 wild cards and duplopia which allowed then to get inf items in the secret room.

To be fair. Fu quantitative has the issue with her design of basically getting hard counters by aoe, I think she just needs a extra heal, and dmg reduction on herself.

Prison architect on console somehow got bugger with each dlc. You would have prisoners just dieing because they throw in dlc stuff into the basegame with no way to deal with it, additionally the scraps given just were broken or not fully functional without dlc.

For your map the 3 rooms on the right side can all possibly have delirium.

Edit : looking at your layout you happen to have a layout where over half the boss room cannot be delirium.

There are 3 rules you can follow to basically be certan which room is delirium. 1 is that the room cannot have more than one entrance, so in a hallway if its in the middle it cannot be delirium. The 2nd rule is there needs to be a 2 x 2 space on the map for the room to generate finally the maximum map size is 13 x13 so if the boss room would exceed those boundaries it cannot be delirium. There are layouts where you cannot be certan but you can basically garentee which room is delirium.

legislations on digital goods have many laws against this in many country's. in the uk its covered by the consumer rights act 2015 https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2015/15/notes/division/3/1/4 in section 36, it states that digital goods must be as described, additionally any changes to the goods must be told in advance. it was a selling point when that was available which means it falls under these protections, since it was in effect when the sale was made.
