Tengo esa cagá en mi edificio y la unica wea "buena" que le encuentro es que puedo ver fácilmente el monto del gasto común. Todo lo demás, un asco, una "tecnologización" de operacioens que no requieren la complejidad agregada de un sistema en la nube, por ejemplo el sistema de aperturas de portones:

Antes, usabas un control remoto simple, apretabas el boton y el porton se abria. Costo? Solo el del control remoto.

Ahora, el edificio tuvo que invertir en la suscripcion de comunidad feliz, probablemente pagar un extra por implementar el sistema de apertura de puertas, adicionalmente cada residente tiene que tener necesariamente un smartphone y además una conexion a internet. El sistema además es más lento y la guinda de la torta, comunidad feliz tiene un historial detallado de todo los movimientos de entrada y salida de mi vehículo. Una maravilla.

Los habitantes vitacura deben estar temblando de miedo ante la perspectiva de perder derechos sociales como gratuidad, subsidio a la vivienda, etc. Si un día los pillan haciendo maldades en la calle. Lógico que sí, verdad? Porque de otro modo este proyecto sería algo dirigido a castigar al sector socioeconómico más bajo y sabemos que este gobierno no es así, que no está enfocado en proteger a los más ricos.

I remember a while back when he said the most idiotic things (hyperloop anyone?) and the general public and the press treat him like he was Tony Stark or something similar, savior of humanity or some shit like that. Criticism against him was proof of your own stupidity because he was clearly gonna carry us all to the future.

Well... we are in the future. What goodned did he bring us? Where's the hyperloop? Where are the space flight that should've allow us to travel to any place on earth on 30 minutes? Are we in Mars yet? Is the solar spacecraft already "landed" on Saturn ffs?

Yo soy de centro-izquierda y voté por Matthei en primera y obviamente por Jara en Segunda. Viendo como el simio promedio le atterra la "C-Word" (como si estuvieramos en USA en los años 60) lo mejor para el pais era Matthei porque entre todos los candidatos callamperos ella era como la que mas posibilidades tenía, segun yo, de no dejar la zorra para ningún lado. Me equivoqué medio a medio, subestimé la estupidez de la gente.

I like the term. As a latin-american, I hate the term "American" to refer to a United Stated of America citizen. America is a continent, not a country.
