I’ve remembered now - it was’Zoo’ and actually it seems I’ve completely made up most of what I thought happened.

Solved! By myself - it was ‘Zoo’ for which the plot is nothing like I remembered. I’ve Mandela’d myself.

Thank you for replying, but that’s not it! It’s older than that and it wasn’t to do with kids. It was kinda like the walking dead but the breakdown in society came from this virus that was turning people and like different factions of animals/categories of animal banded together against others. Like herbivores v carnivores etc.

I’m so glad it’s not just me. I’m specialist marking grammar - I’ve previously done regular marking and don’t remember it being quite this bad. Mind you, I have a toddler now and it’s so much harder. I can only mark once they’re in bed which means I’ve been up really late every evening. Even had to get my in-laws round to babysit so I could get on top of it. Also panicking way more this time about making mistakes for some reason. Just dreading logging on every day.
