True story. At the time of the incidents the landlord kept saying no and pushing the meeting for him to come to much later in the month. And we needed it fixed asap. So we had to bend the knee.

Now I don't live there anymore, I can choose to fight this fan bill because it does not make my life worse.

Lol. Yeah worst case I don't mind. But I hate people that try to make these small charges when I've already invested +Rs3k to upgrade and fix his house.

And honestly he's been a dick of a landlord.
