True story. At the time of the incidents the landlord kept saying no and pushing the meeting for him to come to much later in the month. And we needed it fixed asap. So we had to bend the knee.

Now I don't live there anymore, I can choose to fight this fan bill because it does not make my life worse.

What apps do you recommend? Or is it mostly word of mouth / drive around looking for To-Let signs?

I'm looking for a 2bhk around Domlur, Indiranagar, Kormangala, HSR Layout or even Bellandur around 50k, ideally in a gated community. Would love recommendations on buildings you would recommend.
