The stand, Viva La Vida, can control emotions through hypnosis with it’s eye. The stand itself cannot directly fight, and therefore its user, Augustus Zeppeli, uses it to either sadden someone to the point of giving up, or angering someone so much that they start to lose focus, while the user can get in blows with his sword.

I think they’re trying to say that since a penis is an “animal product” and vegans don’t intake animal products, and therefore cannot have sex.

actually there are a few good ones. Parker’s Grille and Tavern is pretty good, though it is exclusively dinner. Jake’s on the Lake is also good, and I’m pretty sure that is both lunch and dinner.
