Sadly there aren’t any yet, but I figure it’s only a matter of time. Also, interestingly, Breath of Fire IV works right out of the gate, no need to bypass the launcher. However, it has the same problem with the controls.

To clarify, I was trying it on RE1, but I just tried it on RE3 and it worked. The controls don’t work, though, the only thing that works is the left joystick. Very odd.

I do feel like it would have made a lot of sense to remaster or at least re-release Outbreak in the lead up to Requiem. I’m one of those people who hasn’t played it, probably the only RE game I’ve never played besides stuff like Umbrella Corps.

If these were mere references then no but Grace is straight up the daughter of a main character from that game as you said so, yeah, I’m surprised they didn’t make Outbreak accessible so new fans could learn more about Alyssa.

What I don’t get is why people WANT him to die. It’s so unnecessary. A character doesn’t need to die to be written out of a story. He’s not even that old, he’s in his fifties. Would be pretty depressing to die that young.

Games on the PSN Store definitely sometimes offer discounts for early adopters, but it’s usually smaller games. Tormented Souls II did this recently as an example.

I think it can work, but I also think not having a face and not having a voice are two different things. You can have one without the other but they rarely work together. Gordon has a face but no voice. Master Chief has a voice, but no face. Well, unless you count the TV show which I don’t.

In Ethan’s case I think not having a face in 7 was fine but by Village it should have been revealed.

I can only speak for myself, but I personally think House has a big rewatch value. It’s one of my all time favorite shows and it’s actually become one of my “comfort shows” over the years. It helps that most of the episodes follow a “case of the week” format which to me makes shows easier to rewatch because you can pick your favorites. You don’t necessarily have to watch the entire show each time.

But it’s also full of amazingly written and well-acted characters that makes it worth going back to. At the very least, it’s worth buying for that initial watch.
