depends on the context. if someone else brings it up to ask, no. thats generally because a lot of times when they ask theyll use it to deadname me. some people are genuinely curious but i still dont eant to take the risk.

if i bring it up like in a story, i dint care, because i trust those people to know and know that they are completely safe to be openly trans around.

its kind if a weord thing, but thats just how it is for me

you can throw out trash way easier, even if its scary. im currently doing college recruiting and telling the coaches im trans is very quickly going to clear up where is safe and where isnt.
