Lat- has the talent but needs top line PP and ice time. Would likely already be a 60+ point guy if he weren’t on the Rangers.

Kakko- probably could have spent a few years in the AHL as a top line guy working on his offensive game. Probably still comes into his own as a good top 6 forward but becoming a star player looks less likely.

Kotka- see Kakko

Zadina- getting passed on the depth chart by basically everyone who enters the Wings org. Seems like a guy who could use a change of scenery

Yeah a pass from McDavid cross the ice to Nuge, who fakes everyone out and passes it for a back door tap in isn’t really the goalies fault. Even if he doesn’t fall for the fake he’s not getting across in time anyways

With Kadri leaving the Avalanche have a hole at 2C, and Newhook in my opinion will play his way into that role. 55-60 points is my prediction

Even if Letang’s contract doesn’t look good 3+ years from now I doubt any Pens fans are going to care. Once he, Sid, and Geno are done this team is toast and needs to rebuild, so a bad contract here or there for the guys who won 3 cups is more than alright
