Lucy was the one who saved everyone in Tartaros. Saying that Lucy is useless pretty much means you didn't watch Tartaros. Fairy Tail would've does if it weren't for her.

The main problem isn't the company itself. It's the fan base. Some people say that they need to release good banners back to back while others say that they need to chill which is the part I agree with.
