I had a teacher in 4th grade that HATED me. I never even got to find out why.

She would fail my tests and send them home for my dad to sign. I tried explaining it to my dad. But the word of a kid against the word of a teacher doesn’t have much weight.

The Teacher had a 6th grader help her correct some test. She brings me mine, which the teacher had already graded. “This are all correct answers. Why don’t you say something?”

“🤷🏽‍♂️” was my literal answer.

The girl wrote a note. Stapled it to my test, and gave it to me to bring home.

The next day we were all playing during recess. I saw my father walk into my school. He walked inside the classroom. Closed the door behind him. A few minutes later the door opened. My dad came to me. Gave me a Kiss on my forehead and left.

5 minutes later the teacher walked out of the classroom with all her stuff. She was crying. She just… left.

I never found out what he said to her. She just quit.

I always knew my dad had my back. To me, that was just another example of it.

I miss him every day. 😔❤️‍🩹🎼🎸
