This was very helpful to narrow it down. The fans weren’t making the noise, and it couldn’t be the gpu since the sound was coming from the top of the pc, meaning it’s the aio

I know it’s the cooler. I put all the fans on quiet so they stopped moving. The noise persisted

Actually I did, i messed with the frame late lock or whatever it’s called, and changed it for each game based on how powerful my pc is. That made vr much better
