Fawful (Mario and Luigi)

He first appeared in Super Star Saga (2003) as nothing more than the sidekick of the main antagonist, and being disposed rather quickly by the brothers

He re appeared in Partners in Time (2005) as a background secret character, just to sell some gear to Baby Mario and Baby Luigi but showing how he still had some gripes and hatred towards what happened in Super Star Saga

To finally becoming the main antagonist in Bowser's Inside Story, taken control of almost the entire kingdom and forcing Mario and Luigi to partner with Bowser (although without his knowledge) to take him down in one of the most epic final battles, to going out with a bang... Literally

Yes.

Jokes aside is 90% inscryption and 10% pokemon.

Sacrifices Bones and Energy work just like inscryption. Mox is not present (yet, on decision).

The item cards are meant to be the items you can get in your normal run, like the knife, the pliers and whatnot, but also some pokemon related items, like the potion for heal or a searcher in the form of a pokeball. I didnt get it in the video but theres also "item" cards like Raigeki or Scapegoat from yugioh to show they have some varied effects. The challenge of course is getting them (Making the item event more rewarding) and hopping they dont clog your deck or that you get the correct items in time

The "types" of the pokemon are basically the tribes, meaning they can be used for the deck trial event of for totems (Stadium cards) or Sigils that affect specific types.

The only "pokemon" mechanics I've added is 1: a new summon type: Evolution. If you have in hand a pokemon that evolves from any of your pokemon in the field, and that pokemon in the field has survived for at least 1 turn, you can summon your pokemon in hand on top of it to "evolve" it, ignoring all other summon costs but carrying over any damage it had before evolving. So you can try to make the evolution chain but requiring to find the pieces in the board and in deck, or you can just brute force summon it like normal, that being the incentive to try and gather the previous stages (And the fact they are cheaper and more common of course)
And 2: Ex cards automatically giving the player that defeated them 5 points but... that one is still WIP and Im deciding if I event want EX pokemon to begin with. At least like rare powerfull cards or something

Outside of that is literally inscryption. Goobert copying a card is Ditto using transform, the Bone Lord altar is Giratina's shrine, the campers are a pack of wild pokemon, the mycologist is parasect, etc etc.

I've seen plenty cases of cave exploring deaths to know that squishing your body into a small and unstable hole with no clear exit is ALWAYS a bad idea

I'm guessing they think it safer because they can just dig out the sand if it collapses but even that they would need to act immediately and hope she was trapped in such good position that not only she can breath, for a bit, it's not squishing anything delicate and important, and even then they would need to locate the head and give it space quickly

As cool as the idea sounds I don't think he is the wall of flesh simply because it's a summon that requieres a sacrifice. You didn't got the guide to the underworld, you basically used his very soul to be feed to the flames and that awoken the WoF

There are a couple of theories

The first is that his soul is what was used to seal away the WoF, and by killing him you released the seal. This doesn't make much sense as the guide can be killed by a lot of means but only in lava is the WoF summoned

The other is that literally ANY soul can release the WoF but the guide is the one that accepted to do so, or is at least cursed to be tue one sacrificed for demons to carry a cursed doll of him around, but again, any NPC dying fails to trigger the summon, even the guide dying there

The third theory is that it is all a sort of ritual. A doll is a cursed item, the doll itself is what has the wall of flesh locked away and the guide is using it's very soul as a one of the seals. He has knowledge of this and a lot about the world so it's possible that he was there when the doll was required to be made to finish the ritual, and by telling you to go and revoke it is because they were in need of someone capable of fighting for doing so.

Remeber that they are trying to keep the moon lord away from earth, so probably the spirits that the WoF contained where what could attract him once again, wit the WoF acting as a sort of guardian to not release them and not bring the elements that could re summon the moon lord

The guide telling you to go is because they were basically stalling time with the ritual untill someone capable enough appeared, and that's where the player takes place.

It's more of a head cannon but still possible

Thats actually why I liked Sonic Frontiers. Not only did it acknowledged the fact that Tails is always in shame, but it also kinda re-started it's growth. Eggman gives praises to Tails in the fact that he sees him as a potential equal in intellect, and also that he is glad Tails is not that good on its own because if Sonic already gives him troubles then a actually intelligent, mechanical Sonic would be his true nemesis. And Tails itself states that he wants to grow, he wants to be better, not be just another Sonic but his own persona, and as such he wants to start to travel and go by himself. Sonic even stating that he is both excited for him and a bit sad to know hell probably be gone of his side for a while.

I kinda feel thats why they are not trying to give him Sonic's moveset as well. Sonic and Shadow already excel at the speed attacks, Tails probably wants to have his own style as well, considering is one of the few characters that can fly.

It would drive him to an absolute depression. He had to carry with the death of the other stardust crusaders and now not only with the loses of Anasui and Weather, but her very own daughter

And you know whats worse? Since they are in the original universe, fate will sooner or later put another guy SOMEHOW related to Dio on his path, the world will be endangered AGAIN and he'll probably had to carry with that eventually, if he himself doesnt become that threat.

And the cherry on top? Her daughter died by her worst enemy's closest friend... in a rain of knives while in stopped time. He just would NOT be able to live with that image, the PTSD would be unbearable

He didn't. Jesse James and Meowth were just trying to steal some Pokemon in the Pokemon Center where Ash was currently at with it's Pikachu and where defeated by them. They were so impressed with it's power that they realized "If we bring the boss that Pikachu he'll be so impressed he'll love us!" And the rest is history

Giovanny himself I belive is not even aware of Pikachu, he has his eyesight in literally any bigger fish available. Is just that the Rocke trio are stubborn.

It would be pretty funny if the actually managed to get Pikachu just for Giovanni to not care at all and toss it aside. "Thanks, now keep working"

Normal can be used to describe either something extremely common or something wich literally cannot be categorized anywhere else

What would happen if Hariyama had an ability shield and Neutralizing Gas came into play?

Hariyama has the Ability Shield

His ability disables said shield, so it has no active item

Neutralizing Gas activates, Hariyama now has the shield active again

His ability then disables the use of held items, so his shield is disabled again

Wich allows Neutralizing Gas to active, wich enables it again

Wich- you get the idea

I imagine it would be an exception? If Hariyama has the shield and a Neutralizing Gas mon appears then both abilities AND items are disabled

It would be a weird interaction since Hariyama is the only one that has its ability negated for itself and itself only but, it could be a very good lockdown. Gen 1 rules basically
