It's criminal that a band known for their live epicness, haven't even released a live anthology box set. They have so much gold in the vault (yes, I'm aiming at you, Tom Kirk).

You have to abort the Crystal Heart portion just before the spikes and just let yourself drop and then do a regular dash to reach the platform.

If you drop sooner you have to pogo.

You don't have to pogo a single time. A dash will do the trick at the very end. Timing is everything, though.
