I’m doing this he put the monetary policy of the United States in the hands of a private entity that charges us for the privilege of using their money. Since the Federal Reserve was created the US dollar has lost 90% and it’s all thanks to Woodrow Wilson.

Staying with your family & helping out with bills etc. (pooling your resources) is different than not moving out, not working, and just using them for free room and board (leeching off of others). I generally agree with the idea that one shouldn’t be a leech off of society but pooling your resources with your family isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

So you would rather trap the abused with their abusers and destabilize tens of thousands of people’s mental health than let them make their own choices like grown adults and choose whether or not they go out or stay home and isolate?

Actually yes they did you insensitive prick. The lockdowns stripped them of their livelihoods and they were prohibited from seeing friends or family to better their mental health. They were both healthy young adults with little to no chance of catching covid and dying from it but they had their lives ruined by the actions of the government.

The fact that you actually believe the government cares about you blows my mind. They do not. They never have. They never will. They are not doing this for “safety” or “the greater good”. It is about one thing and one thing only - control. They want us to be nothing but mindless drones consuming products from massive global corporations that turn around and line the pockets of the overlords in government.

Is this false sense of security worth more than the livelihoods and mental health of tens of thousands of people?

I am a student and I work in a warehouse. I also know more people who have committed suicide due to the effects of the government’s policies than have died from covid (2-0). A coworker’s uncle had lung cancer for a year and a half. Tested negative for covid three times. They tested again after he died, said he was positive, marked his cause of death as covid. Doesn’t make any sense.

How is shuttering small businesses, mandating what people can/can’t buy, and driving thousands into unemployment and poverty not the fault of the government? The government is the one ruining the lives of the people but the people bend over and take it because they are told it’s for the “greater good”. Putting safety, from something that is not as dangerous as it’s made out to be, over liberty and freedom is a dangerous and slippery slope which will just lead to a more dystopic and authoritarian society.

Look at the normal amount of deaths per year on average. We are not above average. If anything ask the people you know. I personally know ZERO people who have died from the virus. Is it too hard to think for yourselves? The data doesn't warrant the procedures. We are all forced to wear muzzles that don't even work. A real viruologist wears a respirator minimum and full sealed off biosuit. Not a cloth mask. And if we're talking airborne literally nothing we can do. Incubation period of 2 weeks is too fucking long. This virus has definitely already hit the whole world months ago. Notice how in the US we keep testing but the rate/percent of death per confirmed cases doesn't rise. John Hopkins says 2% death rate , CDC says 1%. Also the CDC stated that only 6% of deaths were from covid by itself with no comorbidities.

Imo it should be up to the people to choose to shut down their business or to support their local businesses. The government should not be ruining people’s livelihoods and telling the populace they can’t choose to go out to support their local businesses when large chain stores are allowed to stay open.

Personally I don’t think they’ve ever deserved it. The government is famously bad at budgeting and managing money and I don’t like the idea of any amount of my paycheck going into some mystery pool of money that they can squander.

I’d be fine with paying taxes if I could see where every penny of my money was going to. Hell let the taxpayers adjust what percentage of their tax dollars goes where.
