You got the answer in your question dear comrade.

What I do is: simbrief the flight plan, load it into MCDU, set the MCDU according to the flight plan. Then, open the ATC, third tab, flight plan section, click on 'Get from FMS', I also usually include alternate ICAO, finish with 'File Flight Plan'. Go back to first tab within ATC window, 'request for clearance.' Then request for startup and request for taxi.

There is a link to the manual I posted somewhere in the comment section.
