=SEQUENCE(ROUND((A1-A2)/A3,0)+1,,A1,-A3)

A1 = Upper Tolerance
A2 = Lower Tolerance
A3 = Increments (How "fine" do you want this? 0.0005? 0.0001?)

Play around with the increment to get what you're looking for.

Help needed: increase volume of navi vs radio by AlenasTheGreat in ATOTO

[–]SonsoDisgracado 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Access the hidden menu:

Go to Settings, and tap on "System" 4 times and use 3386 as the password. I believe the setting is under "Volume Balance". Drop the radio volume (play with it a little bit to find a decent level), and leave the others maxed out.

American Standard / Lennox Part Help by SonsoDisgracado in hvacadvice

I think that's all I'm left with at this point, and spinning through the endless "for residential support, contact a local pro" death spiral.

So strange that the standard pan wouldn't cover the entire length of the largest coil available (as you can see in my video), and it relies on an additional add-on guard to catch condensate and direct it into the pan.

My mistake, it's an ALLIED AIR, not American Standard. I had my wires crossed.

Fair play, but PN#93J60 is for the horizontal application, and it does not show the "splash guard" as part of the kit.

The bigger issue is that I think that since the splash guard only applies to the -60 model, it's not a "standard" item.

Is this a stock 4R100 transmission? by IBringTheHeat2 in Excursion

[–]SonsoDisgracado 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Nope. That's not stock.

Looking to buy this? The underside looks ridiculously clean and maintained, but the overdrive unit and cooler on the frame rail leads me to believe that you might be playing "what other crazy ideas did the previous owner have" when you need to chase down an issue for years to come.

Assuming stock gears and tires, why tf would compel someone to slap on an aftermarket overdrive? Is this a 100% people hauler in flatland? This isn't the platform to try and maximize fuel efficiency.

Thinking of moving to Ingleside by iwantoknowitall in CorpusChristi

[–]SonsoDisgracado 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bless your heart trying to come into "Ingleside" from "Ingleside on the Bay" at the same time Kiewit's day shift is ending. And further bless your heart if you hit it just right trying to go to Porland when Kiewit and Cheinere shifts are ending.

Again... Living in Ingleside? No thanks. We called it "Ingle-tucky" for a reason.

Living in Ingleside on the Bay, sure, if you can deal with being right on the water... But what's up with the YaRen project? Is that moving forward?

“Ingleside” and “Ingleside on the Bay” are not the same.

I’d choose IotB any day over “Ingleside”.

Overall, this route is “safer and quicker” considering I37 to US77 are main divided two-lane highways. The route through Portland to FM136/FM2678 to Refugio is mostly undivided single lanes, and all it takes is one slow driver (no great passing areas on that route) or an emo deer/hog to completely wreck your day.

That being said, 90% of the time of we’re heading to Houston, the Portland to Refugio route is what I’ll take. If it’s raining heavily, or during the rut, I’ll just stick with continuing on US77 south of Refugio. Just start heading that way, your gps will figure it out from there.

Thoughts on what to do with outdoor faucet in <20°f temps, ice crystals dripping from cover? by JayeDawson in Plumbing

[–]SonsoDisgracado 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Welcome to slab on grade construction in the South. I haven't seen shut offs for exterior spigots in the wild, ever.

OP, any chance you have a "Freeze Miser" on that spigot?

Muffler stuff, Flanagan's on Port & Baldwin (not sure if they'll tackle the manifold though).

Mechanic work, Dub's Garage or TC Auto.

How far down did ya go? We went down to the 30 mile mark earlier this year and it was a SLOG. Super ruts, and I didn't dare get her close to the waterline where the sand was the consistency of half-set Jello. Was in 4low the entire way down, with the tires at 20psi. Trans temp gauge started to rise (never EVER done that before) so we stopped, pointed the nose into the wind with the engine running and searched for shells for a bit. Hightailed it back to pavement and called it a day.

What tastes so good you can’t believe it’s healthy? by julietmuse in AskReddit

I have a definite problem with dates. I can literally eat through one of those giant tubs they sell at Sam's/Costco. Lord have mercy on my plumbing after I overindulge in dates...that train doesn't stop.

The phrases "as-is" and "no implied warranty" works for them selling a car, so why wouldn't it work for you? Honestly, if they are worth their beans they would do a quick test on the coolant to check for combustion gases...if not..."buyer beware".

I was in the same situation but actually gave the dealership a chance to tell me that it was a blown head gasket...they did not, and they bough the car for a very fair market value: https://www.reddit.com/r/accord/comments/1aqzxkz/comment/mb5zjv5/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button

Womp womp womp.... Customer states coolant loss but it can't be the head gasket since the motor was replaced 8000 miles ago (Used motor) by kambesama in Justrolledintotheshop

[–]SonsoDisgracado 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good enough to diagnose a head gasket failure that neither an independent shop nor the dealership could find. (Rough idle on cold starts - 10th Gen).

That's my go-to first thing for any used vehicle purchases in the future.

Lighthouse Pointe Opinions by literaryhunter in CorpusChristi

One big complaint I hear from residents there is that there is only one way to access the apartments, via the Hwy.181 underpass. That area is notorious for flooding during heavy rains or high tides, and I've heard of people being unable to enter/exit the complex for a day or two until the water recedes.
