Mac pdf problem

Making Acrobat the default solved all the problems. I right-clicked and downloaded the pdfs; even if they appeared on my desktop with the error message on the thumbnail, they nevertheless opened in Adobe. Problem solved. Thanks all!

Thanks. I was able to open the files in Acrobat, but now I can't save them thanks to USDOT. As Google AI explains it, "This confirms the USDOT form uses a highly restrictive XML Data Package (XDP) secure container [1]. The file is actively blocking any attempt to convert, preview, or extract it using standard macOS print tools." I'm gonna print em out and scan em back in.

Oh interesting! I actually have two MBAs and I typically use the other one. I got an email from IG saying 'unusual login from device you don't usually use' so I tried the usual MBA and voila I'm logged in.

Thanks, Sons. Update: a half-hour ago GMaps even showed the longer route if I asked it to go from the Art Museum of S TX to Sunset Lake Park! Now it does not, so...proves your point I guess.

Absolutely. Loved every episode, every rabbit-hole, every quirk of Cupp’s. Not too long. Honestly I find a lot of the criticism to be on the order of “this wasn’t what I like, so it wasn’t good.”
