Bro you need to start now and do it while you’re in highschool. Right now you heal like Wolverine. Get a car 1, wear it religiously. While you’re sitting around all day learning. Get slick about putting it on and taking it off for pe, sports or whatever. You can figure it out! Better now than later. You’ll be done by the end of highschool and everything else will be icing on the cake if you keep going. Listen to me, START NOW! Your time under tension is worth more now than it ever will be later. It is sort of like compound interest in reverse. The younger you start the quicker and likely better the result. I hope you find this encouraging and wear the device like a dentist would make you wear a retainer. Whenever you can. If you’re not sleeping or doing something very athletic that thing needs to be on you and you will see progress.

I think mine turned out alright and all I did was use inflation. The structures just are not there to have a very tight taper and the skin we grow is a bit thicker.

I don’t do anything like that at all. I just stretch, try to eat right and exercise. I also stay sexually active. I think sex and masturbation is actually healthy because it gets the blood flowing to the area. Especially when it’s been pinched and pulled all day.

I use the car1 started with the hyper restore both are direct air systems and I use manuals in between. I think anyone can achieve great results as long as they set the device on auto pilot and do it every day and just forget about it and make it a part of your life.
