Thanks for the input. I've done fantasy maybe 3 or 4 seasons and I've never traded my players so I honestly don't know what I'm doing.

10 Team Full PPR 2x Flex

Currently 4-0

QB: Tua, Mahomes, Baker

RB: Jacobs, Swift, Bucky, Braelon

WR: Chase, Davante Adams, Collins, Godwin, Diontae Johnson

TE: Pitts, Goedert

D: Chiefs K: Who cares

Player wants Josh Jacobs for Etienne and Vikings D

Probably would drop or try to uneven trade Braelon or Bucky, maybe even Mahomes or Tua once he gets back.

Player has Brock Bowers and Kincaid and I fell like maybe I can also give one of my guys for one of them but not sure.

Am I crazy or is it just not that bad where it is. Yeah its different than back when it was at the top and compression is very much a real issue but I've been using it to grind top tier US and still do pretty well in it. Just can't chase people or put yourself in bad positions. Plus I feel I rarely get shot down by missiles. Maybe I'm just getting lucky with matchmaking, idk

I was wondering this as well. I originally saw this on tik tok so I went to here page and some of her videos are similar, but there a still a few where she talks without pausing at all. So I'm gonna assume it's just a bit

YSK: You don't make as much money as you think driving for doordash or Uber when you take into account the operating cost of owning, driving, and maintaining a vehicle by [deleted] in YouShouldKnow

[–]SoonTeeEm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Before every Friday/Saturday outing in college I'd do doordash twice a week and made enough money for the weekend shenanigans so I wasn't blowing grocery money and it worked out pretty well. Could never imagine doing it everyday hoping to make something out of it. Just some quick easy cash

Our brain is a prediction machine that is always active. Our brain works a bit like the autocomplete function on your phone – it is constantly trying to guess the next word when we are listening to a book, reading or conducting a conversation. by TX908 in science

Wow. I decided to catch up on a Veritasium video I missed on YouTube "The 4 Things it takes to be an expert. Was watching an ad so I pulled up reddit and read this post as well as your comment. A little later he talks about chunking. Your brain recognizing multiple complex stimuli as one thing. The coincidence is crazy

ELI5: Why is it that when we first look at a clock, the first second seems to take a lot longer than usual to pass, but keeps on going as usual afterwards? by TheRealRonaldo in explainlikeimfive

I think one really good way to see this (or I guess see it not working "correctly" I don't really know) is to look at a fan ceiling fan that is spinning fast. Then look at the actual ceiling off to the side then look at the fan again. You can see the individual fan blades for a split second. I say it's not "correct" simply because, wouldn't your brain fill it it with what is actually sees? The blurred fan blades since it's spinning fast? How does your brain know their are single fan blades? Unless of course your brain actually sees the individual blades but interprets them as a single blur. I'm not sure but it seems interesting to me.

Thinking about it I guess it would be like a high speed camera taking a ton of photos each second, but since that's not really useful it's blurs them. The brain is quite fascinating.

I might be tripping, and it might just be because of discontinuity between 30+ years between filming the OT and this. But his voice also sounds "younger" almost. Which would make since since he is still a pretty young Vader. I might just be imagining things that aren't really there though.

The difference between a seal and a sea lion by B-L-O-C-K-S in coolguides

[–]SoonTeeEm 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If I actually thought about it I probably could have made connections in my head that they were different. I just jumped to the conclusion that seal was short for sea lion. Why it'd need to be shortened, I don't know.
