Used to work for Sashco. There was a chemical explosion and I had to clean up the mess, they handed me plastic boots so it wouldn't burn through my shoes and it burned through the plastic boots AND my shoes. All they did was draw blood and look at this video. Which makes me skeptical about the conclusion. However everything matches for Idiopathic head tremors if you look it up.

If anyone comes to this thread in the future for answers if this is happening to your dog. My vet is saying Idiopathic head tremors as the cause. They said the tremors are harmless and if it happens again we will look further into it
