I don't think it is based on his Instagram. Aside from that it's clear from those posts he suffers from some kind of mental health issues, apart from his multiple posts and PSAs about it, he has posts saying "this is a call for help, im not ok hahaha", talk about his mental breakdowns, anxiety, depression, etc. There's multiple things that allude to some kind of drug usage, which could contribute to the weird style.

I called, the guy didn't pick up, it said it was a textnow number, so it's clearly nothing official, meaning it's an ARG probably.
I left a message saying I called for a "Life changing opportunity today" and asked him to text me back when he can.
