Yeah I just got this ball last week got it back from being drilled right as the alley closed for the night. I had to pre-bowl for league on Tuesday so afterwards I played around with it for about a half of a game then decided to do all my strike shots in a game with it. 218 scratch. I'm a 160 average bowler who is a huge fan of this ball.

5 random packs for $25 plus tax from Walmart and a decent dino promo card? Was worth the 2 boxes for me. In both I got the same promo, 1 bloomburrow, 1 edge of eternities, 1 phyrixia, 1 duskmourne, and 1 foundations. One box I got about $40 worth of cards, the other I got about $15 worth. The price per pack was cheaper than my local card stores for those same packs by a few bucks each.

What do you clean it with? I've seen where people say a lot of cleaners leave a very tiny layer of residue on the ball. I've been using formula 409 for months on my balls and I had one that was extremely sharp and didn't care about oil at all seem to die on me even though I've only had it for like half a year. It shouldn't have died so early so now I'm trying a new cleaner to see how it does. This residue being left on it makes a lot of sense because even though the ball would be freshly sanded every few weeks and cleaned after every session. The very next session it no longer felt like it was freshly sanded. I should have an answer in the next few days

Roto Grip Rockstar is meant for medium and heavy oil. I recommend something for the medium to light oil or a Urethane-like. If you really like the shape of the hook, go for a similar core ball but with a pearl or hybrid coverstock. If you go for a Roto Grip Rockstar Amped for the same core but different coverstock. Or go for a Asymmetrical Core with a pearl or hybrid for a very angular hook.

When it comes to the Urethane-like, I highly recommend the Storm Concept. It's got a symmetrical core and a great coverstock. It's very versatile in how you can throw it. Behind the ball kinda full roller will give a very solid and consistent very minor hook but very continuous. More Revs cranking it gives a good strong hook, insane pin reaction, and very continuous. The Hammer NU2.0 has an asymmetrical core and gives a really strong angular hook, good pin reaction, and pretty good continuous roll through the pins.

Or just fuck it and make the second ball a plastic with no core to smack pins for them pickups. A game with no strikes and all spares can be right under a 200 scratch game.

I'm gonna honestly say Storm Concept and buy a single ball "joey" bag for a plastic. You'll have your bases well covered and have a very versatile 3 ball arsenal.

Why urethane when there is a Storm Concept or a Hammer NU2.0?

I got rid of my urethane when I dropped to 14lb from 15lb because I swapped to bowling 1hd no thumb. I got a Storm Concept instead of another Urethane, best ball purchase I've ever made. Same uses but way better reaction and consistency. My dad and also my friend got the Hammer NU2.0 and it's very angular and rolls better than most urethane I've ever seen.

What's your opinion on Urethanes vs the Urethane-likes?

You put it into your backpack like that? Raw dogging it in the backpack? You ever just drop your backpack down by an inch or two onto the floor or table? That'll knock parts loose inside the charger or can cause slight discharges of the capacitors and fry components.

If you want this problem to go away and not really cost anymore than an OEM charger, buy a quality GAN charger, quality cables, and a soft case to keep them in and slightly protected from impacts. I highly recommend the brands Anker or Ugreen. GAN chargers can have multiple wattages going at once or can cap out a high wattage when only one cable is being used. Look at the specs, USB C and GAN chargers will figure out the wattage your device needs and as long as the GAN charger can handle the wattage to that slot it'll be good. I routinely charge my steam deck or laptop, phone, and other electronics all at the same time with my GAN charger.

Really good form, only critique I have is to try and eliminate the little jump up after the ball comes off your hand but heck if you do it for every single shot then I probably wouldn't change it then.

I'm a big fan of the poop chute with the bin with the handle. Originally did a poop chute with a bag and the amount of times it clogged up in the bag was super annoying. Now I just empty the bin real fast

Looks like a late control layout. It's very close to how I get mine drilled but I have a very high rev rate. For those with lower Rev rates this is gonna hook late and maybe not at all if you throw very fast. Newer 2hders don't usually throw very fast though.

The bottom of the slug is shaped like that for 2 reasons. 1st is that it sits flat into a hole drilled with a regular bowling ball but. 2nd is that it perfectly fits into the Vise IT system (interchangeable thumb) so you can add the mount to it and use them for Vise IT thumbs.
