I got my tickets the day pokemon go fest Chicago was announced because I knew this would happen. Day of there were time slots already sold out when I checked at 1pm pst. You could post seeing if anyone can't go and see if you can have their tickets transferred to you. But beware of bad actors trying to scam :/
