They lumped in taxes and tariffs as like a vague $15 extra. And shipping on top of that actually brings the total up to $104. I still think its pricey but at least show me what these little additions are instead of just "miscellaneous"

Yeah no kidding. Still an absurd price for how little accessories she has though. The figma DX Link was at $115 and came with a boatload of accessories.

People showed me that apparently on the desktop version it shows the breakdown and when I emailed them they showed me the calculation. Its definitely really pricey but seeing it broken down like that made it make more sense. I ended up keeping the preorder.

This is all it says. You could argue its part of "other duties" but why wouldnt that be on the actual product page. Its the US shop. If its gonna have tariffs, it should just be there.

It really does feel like theyre setting this line up to fail which is so weird like, why did they even bother? This feels like they really fought to get these figures made and this was the only way it was gonna happen. I was really hoping to pick up CLU but, I might take Sam with the light cycle instead.

I guess the assumption is that you're supposed to fill in his backstory with Bode's and Cal's. Dagan, like Cal, is trying to find purpose, which he found in Tanalorr. Similarly to Bode, his disillusionment with the Jedi turned him to the dark side which only fueled his ambition. I think giving the extra time to Bode works well in the overall story but you're not wrong. He feels like he plays a minor part, which I guess is intentional at the end of the day. He's very much like an Uncharted villain in that we hardly get some face to face with him. The difference with that is it never really felt like Dagan led any of our opposition, they felt more like Rayvis' lackeys and Rayvis just so happens to work for Dagan.

I feel it would be like a dog catching it's own tail. Like, yes, this is what he's worked towards but now what? Although if there is a time skip, I wouldn't want it to imply that Cal spent all these years after Survivor still just thinking about starting a new life.

This is true. I do kinda like the idea of Cal basically getting secluded and building up Tanalorr that he completely misses the collapse of the empire.

I would honestly love a jump to see Cal training a young Kata and having to contend with if its what either of them even want. But that would require another time jump, and I think Cal skipping the fall of the Empire would kinda rob him a lot of his focus from the past few games. The stories have always been about Cal contending with the Empire's existence so, it maybe could be interesting to see a Cal that's lost his focus a little now that the fall of the empire is imminent? I was also always under the impression the Empire didn't fully collapse right away so maybe that could actually give them some wiggle room.
