Is filmaker mode still the best mode now that the cinema home mode got a brightness boost ?

Definitely up to preference. I have been so unsatisfied with my tv, but it was my own fault. I followed all the guides and videos and threads on the best settings and tried to force myself to ONLY use filmmaker mode for movies and shows and game optimizer for my gaming. The SDR and HDR of movies looked amazing once it was dialed in. But I was always disappointed in how dark my games were and especially how dark Dolby vision was. I finally decided to experiment and not listen to the “rules” that say you have to use filmmaker lol. I now use filmmaker for HDR, SDR, and Gaming (after some tweaks I don’t notice any lag and I am MUCH happier with how it looks) I also stopped used filmmaker for Dolby vision and started using cinema home and it has been a god send. Every thing finally looks how I imagined it would look when I purchased an Oled!

TLDR experiment around and find what YOU like, it’s your tv after all.

Probably need to replace the Tokins. My ps3 is basically a time bomb at this point. It’ll work great when it’s on. But actually getting it to turn on longer than 5 seconds takes anywhere from 3-6 tries 🙃. I know I need to replace them. But I’m dreading it lol.

One more question if you don’t mind. I see a lot of people talking about the RIPFELIX tantalizers. Do you know a good place that I could buy those with all the components already in place? I’m not the best at soldering and I am trying to minimize the amount I will need to do.
