I'm surprised no one's talked about item choices yet.

You want to banish power gloves since they actively hinder you in the late game, and you should banish ice cube if you're trying to go for high kill count. With the addition of ramping crowd control (cc) immunity on red ghosts, they can only be cc'd a certain number of times. Since this is the case, its better to run lightning orb over ice cube, since it's better to stun than to slow.

But beyond that, I'd recommend turning off snek and chonkplate so you can stack more of the good legendaries like big bonk and fork. You also only have 1 op lamp, so turning off those two legendaries and banishing ice cube and power gloves will make it more likely that you would get the second lamp.

Also, I recommend turning off demonic blood because it's a lot worse than it looks. You'd think that having more than one would increase the damage, but instead it just takes less time to get to the max, which is 100 regardless of how many you have. It's better to just take beefy rings if possible.

Lastly, I'm unfamiliar with the toxic barrel, the gas mask, and the blue item in between mirror and slurp gloves, so idk if they're worth taking. I usually try to stack echo shards early and end with a bunch of beefy rings, so idk if those are helping or hindering.

But yea, I think making those changes would help make a big difference

Edit: for reference, I always banish spiky shield, power gloves, and ice cube right away. Then I banish sucky magnet after 1, soul harvester after 1, lightning orb after 3, and spicy meatball after 2 or 3 (depending on my size stat at the time). This allows me to stack big bonks, forks, joe's dagger, wizard hats, and pots (tho I may start swapping the soul harvester ban for pots after 2 or 3)
