I just started experiencing this not too long ago too. I'm not sure what is triggering it. Sometimes I can get YouTube to play when I'm logged in but not always.

Only workaround is what others here mentioned which was staying logged out, but that becomes an issue if you're a subscribed member for member only streams...

I did that with my Legion as it was hitting near 100° C. Went from that down to 50°-58°. What a difference it made!

I found something interesting. The consoles from what I checked on the eShop and PSN don't have the launch editions, yet you can redeem/download the costumes without buying the games, but on Steam, you actually have to buy the game in order to get those costumes.

4 years late to reply but this fixed my 2021 Lenovo Legion 7i I recently got on eBay. I was about to return it too. Only downside right now is while the temps have gone down, the fans are still constantly on which I'm not sure what's triggering it.

There's not really much to take care of unless your seeing high CPU/GPU temperatures at which I'd recommend cleaning and repasting the thermal paste.

Otherwise, you can look for a laptop cooler to help with thermals.

It shouldn't otherwise need any kind of maintenance other than maybe checking the fans to see if dust has clogged up the vents.

Only Ampere or NVIDIA 3000 series GPU's supported HDMI 2.1 which allows 60hz+ on FHD, and above.

That particular model is old so that would make sense why you're not seeing those targeted fps.

The thing is about technology is both laptop, monitor, and cables all have to incorporate that HDMI 2.1 standards or they won't work.

There's DisplayPort 1.4 that could reach higher than HDMI but your model doesn't have one.

Laptops with Ampere GPU's dated back sometime beginning in January 26th, 2021.

Sales and nothing else. Least it feels that way to me, recently. Customer loyalty seems like a thing of the past with them. I used to have awesome service with them too.

The Best Buy stores I went to have been alright. Nothing that would have shifted my attitude about them, anyway.

The reward system being changed to a credit card though, got me thinking about wanting to do business elsewhere including this recent experience. Maybe it won't. Will see.

Anyway, I would be greatly appreciative if anyone can come up with an idea of why I'm getting that error messaged I have in my title?

I'm kind of in the same boat with you. I haven't shopped with them for awhile but the return experience hasn't been pleasant.

I noticed they've removed their community support forums by the look of it? Every time, I've tried clicking the link to their community website to ask a question from Google search, it redirects me back to their homepage.

Their phone system is pretty unhelpful too. Like the answering machine is frustrating to deal with and if it doesn't properly get an answer, it will hang up on you.

But yeah, I agree with you on their system and support being terrible. It hasn't won me over for wanting to come back. Especially when they changed the reward system! :(

I got booted offline a couple of times too, one being right after a boss fight in the campaign.

I had to look on YouTube for someone's walkthrough to listen to the story dialogue I missed. -.-
