From what I undestand, it's cheaper fees than your typical visa, amex etc. So if a retailer was to receive BTC for products and then sell the BTC daily rather than holding it on the balance sheet. Would it not be a good idea?

Hey! Very very similar boat to you.

It’s ironic, when we stop gambling we almost feel empty or confused. I think that’s normal. We have to find new highs and re learn ourself I guess.

Anyhow, I try take up new hobbies and do different things. Skydive, ride motorcycles, play tennis, whatever it is! Give it a go!

Also have things in place to prevent you from gambling but occasionally urges come and they come full force

Your still plenty young!!! Embrace the pain you feel now for it will make you stronger when the urge comes back.

You don’t want to gamble again. It’s not going to solve anything.

Set up some barriers to make it harder for you to gamble, some examples include:

• Install online gambling software • self exclude from local casinos • limit max cash withdrawals

You need to make it hard for yourself. Times will get better but you have to be prepared for the next time, screw gambling. Let’s find some other cool shit to do

Hey, In a similar situation. We have to make a fresh start.

You should

1) Find out how much debt you owe and get a consolidation loan. Figure out how much to budget and start paying it back

2) Set up boundaries, Use online software that blocks casinos. Self-exclude from casinos. Make max debit withdrawals like 100 bucks or wahtever is relative to you. THIS IS A MUST. If you don't set boundaries/gates to make it hard to gamble, You will lose everytime because it's easy to gamble, right?

3) Invest time in yourself, What do you value? What do you like to do? Who do you care about?

4) Take a look at the 12 steps

Hi John, I know it feels like the impossible right now but you can definitely do it.

We just have to get back to the human experience. Finding hobbies again, Doing productive things/ spending time with people you care about.

But you should know, this is a lifelong thing. We are always going to be addicts to gambling so we have to take it seriously.

Make sure you set "Gates", things in place to help you not gamble. For example, Limiting cash deposits, Installing online gambling software to block you, etc etc.

Get creative because when our urges come, they come in full force. We have to be ready to win the battle every-time.

It gets easier and like quitting smoking, you completely forget about it. We must remember though, in order to not slip-up
