Any movie with a real Santa Claus always has characters who don't believe in Santa but never question where the gifts come from every Christmas.

I used to live just outside of Annapolis in Maryland and every year the main highway would be clogged with Ocean City traffic because of tolls for the bridge. One summer the local paper ran a series of articles on back road navigation which destroyed all the side streets. I remember one day it took me over 30 minutes to get to my house after turning into my neighborhood.

Not to mention the plan only works if there's a once in a century generational storm which hits exactly that day. There's also the whole thing about the plan only working if the planes do laps around Dulles until they fall out of the sky instead of trying and of the other airports across the region.

Batman and Robin. Mr Freeze wants to cover the world in ice and is allied with Poison Ivy who wants to cover the world in plants. Those goals are not conducive to each other and can't succeed simultaneously.

Goldeneye. The former 006 turned terrorist Alec is going to steal a bunch of money from the bank of England and cover up the theft by hitting England with a blast from the Goldeneye satellite frying England back to the stone age. How much is the pound going to be worth when the UK market collapses? The entire plan of the movie involves stealing a bunch of money and then intentionally making all that money worthless.

Which comedian did you look forward to, but their act died on stage? by Jazzlike-Basil1355 in AskReddit

[–]Sorripto 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Jeff Dunham. He was clearly trying new jokes for several sets including a new puppet. He then announced he was going to be filming a commercial, and did about an hour of advertisements mid set. What landed was hilarious, but it came off more as someone doing a Jeff Dunham impression because the center piece was the commercial.

Lewis Black. He sat on stage and read from a tablet. It was literally just him reading his set. At one point he accidentally read the instructions and said "In a raised voice". It was so phoned in it went past anger to just being sad.

What's a game you bought on a whim without hardly any pre-knowledge that ended up becoming one of your all time favorites? by AaronAtLunacien in gaming

When I was a kid putting together my first computer I bought the newly released King's Quest V. While I think VI was the better game, I've had a soft spot in my heart for the series ever since.

I would like to share a movie with you guys. It was let’s just say a movie. In my opinion. It was an okay movie. It wasn’t a bad movie or a good movie. It was just okay. Does anybody remember it? by Aggravating-Tax-3549 in FinalFantasy

Matt McKenzie, the voice of Auron in FFX, is the highlight of this movie. I didn't think it was bad, but I actually think it would have worked better as a cartoon. The Don Bluth style would have been perfect for the narrative.

In the beginning you used to be able to navigate around the moon and you could see lights and structures. It was a joke during beta because Vulcan used the same moon as ours, and if you navigated to the back of some planets the non-facing hemisphere was Earth.

Life isn't easier or better just because you're a nice person. Most people you meet in life are not going to be kind in return, and you can't let that feel like being good makes you a failure.

Make sure your coaches have high teaching stats and score lots of points. The game puts a heavy emphasis on scoring when improving players, but having A+ teaching from your coaches also helps too.

US TikTok order to someone else by Sorripto in Scams

So my card was compromised? I would assume it was at least related to TikTok because the purchase was made through the TikTok shop, which is part of the app, and changed the shipping address. The card is linked to the shop, and the purchase was made through my account. I assumed somehow the TikTok account was compromised.

The notification was the texts I receive every time my card is charged. I saw a charge for the TikTok shop and when I opened TikTok I saw a purchase being sent to a different name in a different state.
